For a Limited Time only. User must enter a valid credit card during checkout process to protect against fraud. The card will be authorized but not charged unless the user opts to add additional years, other domains or services outside the free offer. All submissions are subject to validation, which includes, but is not limited to, driver's license or passport. Use of fictitious names, addresses, or other information could result in federal prosecution for Fraud. Dotster, Inc. reserves the right to deny orders if deemed to be fraudulent. A limit of 25 .INFO domains will be redeemable per person. If customer attempts to sign up for more than one package or abuses this offer in any way, it shall be considered a fraudulent claim and we reserve the right to deny or shut down the account and services that were provided fraudulently. Dotster, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time. The free offer is good for one year on a NEW registration, NOT renewal. It is NOT applicable to domains already purchased, regardless of knowledge of this offer. If the customer elects to keep them for a longer period they may pay for additional years at the time of initial registration or they can be renewed at a later date for the regular price in effect at the time of renewal. Any manipulation or alteration of the offer, including reproduction for purposes other than as noted above, modification, distribution or republication, is strictly prohibited. By submission of this order, you agree to be bound to all rules and regulations placed upon the offer by Dotster, Inc.. Any domains purchased for free that exceed the 25 per customer will be deleted from our system and any corresponding services (hosting, email, etc.) will not function with that domain name. Registrant information for any account registering free .info domains may not be modified, transferred, or sold until January 1st, 2005. |
