Step 1

Upload the contents of the folder named 'cgi-bin' that came in the package
*.tar files must be uploaded in Binary
*.cgi files must be uploaded in ASCII
The contents of INSTALL_DATA directory must be uploaded in ASCII
Step 2
------
CHMOD to world writeable (0777) the following directories
(You may need to create the first if they were not included in the .zip and/or
your unzip program didn't create them)
Data, Database, Languages, Skin, Sources
Step 3
------
CHMOD executable (0755) ikonboard.cgi and installer.cgi
PUBLIC_HTML part of your webspace
Step 1
------
Upload the empty directory 'iB_html'.
VVVVV IMPORTANT!
CHMOD to world writeable (0777) 'iB_html'
^^^^ THAT IS IMPORTANT!
That's it, just run the installer.
I know it's ugly and probably won't render in NN, but I'll fix that.
If you kept the 'iB_html' directory named the same, remember to add that
when it asks you for NON-CGI paths and URLs.
Also, don't worry about trailing slashes, add them, don't add them - the scripts
sort that out for you.
AFTER INSTALLING
----------------
Once installed, be sure to remove installer.cgi from your webspace! Leaving it there poses a huge
security risk.
