It is possible that the Main Switch/Mode Dial of certain Minolta DiMAGE 7i cameras may, in time, weaken or break off.
In response to the possible defect being present in your camera, Minolta will make the necessary repairs, free of charge, to those cameras that are covered within the range of serial numbers* listed below.
*Serial number: the 8 digit number on the bottom of the camera body.
From 95217200 to 95219999 ONLY
From 96201001 to 96226100 ONLY
Note: The problem will only occur within the serial number range mentioned above.
No other DiMAGE 7i or any other Minolta Digital Cameras are affected.
Minolta constantly improves its total quality control system to eliminate errors and to rectify any defects.
Should your Minolta DiMAGE 7i be affected we offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your continued support of Minolta products.

Как видишь в тексте пишется что кнопка может сломаться, а может и нет. Так что если ты поедешь в Москву (например на очередную сходку ) то зайди туда на всякий случай...
