QuickTech 97 is a powerful, yet easy to use, diagnostic tool that
allows users to quickly and accurately troubleshoot failures in a
PC's major components including: base and extended RAM, external
cache RAM, hard and floppy drives, video card and monitor, serial
and parallel ports, keyboard, and even systems printer.
One of QuickTech 97's many advantages is that it's self-booting.
You simply insert the QuickTech 97 diskette and turn on the computer.
The program loads itself before any operating system (e.g., DOS, OS/2,
etc.) is loaded. Thus, QuickTech 97's tests are conducted without the
interference from operating system or any other programs (TSRs) that
may be loaded into memory during the boot sequence (such as
expanded/extended memory device drives, network drivers, various
operating system commands, etc.).
QuickTech 97 offers users the capability of running professional level
diagnostic utility from easy to use drop down menus. Each of QuickTech
97's tests is designed to perform the highest level of diagnostics
QuickTech 97's comes with everything needed to fully test all functional
areas of any IBM-compatible PC equipped with 386, 486 or Pentium
processors (Pentium II, Pentium PRO, AMD K5 & K6, Cyrix). The program
even includes a floppy drive head cleaning function that allows users
to routinely clean the read/write heads of a floppy drive to ensure that
the drive can read and write data accurately and consistently.
Format a 1.44 diskette.
