Кажется, после тяжелых боев UTF8 побежден и билд 86 объявлен стабильной версией 2.1d

Кстати - теперь для правильного отображения русских букв не обязательно редактировать шаблон и менять там кодовую страницу на CP-1251. Отлично работает и со стоящим теперь по умолчанию UTF-8. |
