После этого устанавливается лимит в десятки КБ в сек, всего... Откатился на 2.05. Всё восстановилось. Пользуюсь прогой давно. Это первый, мной замеченный, существенный, явный "баг". Подозреваю, что дело во "взаимодействии" проги с антивирусом и с "контентом". Большой файл, либо очень много разных, мелких, в том числе. Отключение антивируса (в моём случае "защитника") проблему убирает. Не понятно, почему ранее я такого не наблюдал.
