To address this problem please perform the following steps: From C:\Program Files\Common Files\ACD Systems\EN\, copy the following files: ACDAppinfo50.dll ACDCLClient30.dll ACDInTouch50.dll ipwssl5.dll LMClient.dll to C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee\7.0\ From C:\Program Files\Common Files\ACD Systems\, copy the following files: cinecode.dll mfc71.dll msvcp71.dll msvcr71.dll ShellIntMgr30.dll to C:\Program Files\ACD Systems\ACDSee\7.0\ Launch ACD Photo Editor again to determine if this has resolved the issue. (There is no need to reboot your system) If the above steps did not resolve the problem, proceed as follows to remove the ACDSee Photo Editor entry from the Windows Registry: Before beginning, make sure that all ACD Systems software is closed, including the Device Detector. *** Please be very careful during the next step.*** Click the Windows Start button, and then click Run. In the Open field, type "regedit", and then click OK. In the Registry Editor, click the + sign next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Click the + sign next to Software. Click on the + sign next to ACD Systems. Right-click ACD Photo Editor, and then select Delete. Close the Registry Editor. Launch ACD Photo Editor. Upon completing the above steps, the Photo Editor should function correctly. |
