Используйте готовые очищенные от китайского дерьма сборки или собирайте сами по рецепту ниже.
Внимание! Полностью английской версии нет и никогда не было! Китайцы перевели на английский только то, что захотели. На русский переведено все, что выведено из кода.

Неработоспособность работы многих расширений-спиддиалов. Частичная или полная. 100% работают Speed Dial 2, Infinity New Tab, Speed Dial [FVD], Awesome New Tab Page и немногие другие speed dial-ы. 2. Неработоспособность расширений для добавления закладок в силу того, что не работает функция chrome.bookmarks.create() примерно с билда 11.0.1331.0. Судя по тому, что багу уже более чем два года, а обнаружен он лишь недавно, "нужность" таких расширений сильно под вопросом. Неработоспособна только функция добавления. 3. Однопользовательность 4. Отсутствие доступа к политикам 5. Жёстко зашитые сообщения с иероглифами прямо в коде 6. Сдвижка тултипов (подсказок в интерфейсе, на веб-страницах и страницах аддонов) Наблюдается не у всех, возможно, зависит от разрешения экрана ИМХО кроме первых двух, все остальные чисто придирки отдельных юзеров... 1. Распаковываем дистрибутив (это 7-zip SFX архив, потому легко распаковывается 7-zip. WinRAR и т.п.)
2. Сразу удаляем папку installer\ (во избежания автообновления на новую версию и самоустановки браузера в систему).
Раньше можно было еще удалить delegate-execute.exe, встречал упоминания о том, что при запуске с флешки он при закрытии остается в памяти и тормозит закрытие. Но теперь файл убран из хромиума.

На ваш страх и риск, если вы параноики  , верите Земана Антималваре и не используете функцию встроенной качалки - "Загрузки - Использовать режим P2SP для загрузки" и "Лаборатория - Использовать облачный механизм Thunder P2SP для ускорения загрузки" можно также удалить все содержимое папки components\download\, а еще лучше - удалить ее целиком и создать вместо нее пустой файл с именем download во избежания подкачки недостающей папки из сети. Встроенная качалка при этом остается работоспособной. Если не нужен встроенный скринсейвер, можно провести аналогичную операцию с папкой components\huabao\.
3. Применяем универсальный патч (из шапки). В версиях 9.0.1.138-164 и в 9.5.0.100-118 применение патча не требуется, chrome.dll в русификаторе уже пропатчен. Насчиная с версии 9.5.0.120 патч снова необходим.

Во избежание засирания реестра (этим занимаются все "портабельные" хромоклоны, как нативные, так и самодельные) и лучшей работы функции встроенного перевода лучше запускать через лоадер или другой лоадер.
