I was able to manage it, somehow. The Service is Disabled.

However, there are issues, services.msc is ONLY showing one (1) Service, "CDPUserSvc_64e25", while there are three (3) in total; screenshots:

... Windows 10 Enterprise (N) LTSB is the only version of Window$ that's any good, so I have to use it - but, it has this "problem" & I don't know "what to do"?! :f
