Use the GetSystemDirectory function to get the path of this directory. 5) The Windows directory. Use the GetWindowsDirectory function to get the path of this directory. 6) The directories that are listed in the PATH environment variable. If a path is specified, and the dwFlags parameter is set to LOAD_WITH_ALTERED_SEARCH_PATH, the LoadLibraryEx function uses an alternate file search strategy to find any executable modules that the specified module causes to be loaded. This alternate strategy searches for a file in the following sequence: 1) The directory specified by the lpFileName path. In other words, the directory that the specified executable module is in. 2) The current directory. 3) The Windows system directory. Use the GetSystemDirectory function to get the path of this directory. 5) The Windows directory. Use the GetWindowsDirectory function to get the path of this directory. 6) The directories that are listed in the PATH environment variable.
