Вижу не используеш сокс прокси - рвешся на прямую. Предположу, что нет и хттп-прокси.
Гм, роутер какой? комп или коробка? Винды какие на локале? В ХР файервол есть - но по умолчанию он выключен; на 98 - если память не отшибает, нету фаервола вообще, если спецово не ставил проги других разработчиков.

Если юзаеш прокси провайдера Super Webcam работать не будет. Надо прямое соединение, типа ICQ у тебя. |
