SUS v1.0 only supports Port 80.

We have had a lot of feedback to support other ports, and are looking to add
this functionality in a future version of SUS.

You can change port, but when SUS services ("Software Update Services
Synchronization Service") are started, they have problems with two lines in
file "settings.txt" (vroot\autoupdate\dictionaries\settings.txt )
LastApprovalDate,
LastSync,2002-09-17T11:16:17
You have to delete this two lines before each start of SUS service.
(This lines SUS add to setting.txt after each sinchronization).
If you don't delete this lines, SUS will use default settings (with port
80).

My setting.txt lok like this (server is working on port 82) :
