Why Logicfury?
A website I was running on a popular PHP CMS was given the ultimatum, change your CMS to something lightweight or leave. The said PHP CMS was rather badly coded and would bring a rather well specced server to it's knees. After much searching I couldn't find a CMS to meet my requirements, yes, there were more efficient CMS's but none seemed to be designed specifically for efficiency or worked in a way I wished them too. So it was time to scratch my own itch and turn a CMS I was already working on into what would eventually become Logicfury.
