Спасибо. С пронто разобрался. Возникла другая проблема. При добавлении блокирующих DNS серверов (rbl) в логах на каждый из них вижу вот такую запись
DNR-000185(32.130.82.118.list.dsbl.org) A-request(45 bytes) to udp:[219.45.12.4]:53 failed. Error Code=Microsoft Windows Vista error #10047.
Раньше такого не было. Скажите плз. что это?

i use this cmd :
Open an elevated command prompt
click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
netsh winsock reset [enter]
then resart my server
i use also :

sfc /scannow
