"To reset the Administrators Password begin by powering off the printer.
Press and hold the # on printer keypad while then pressing and holding the printer power button.
After a couple of seconds the "User Special Mode" menu should appear. Use the 3 and/or 6 buttons on the printer keypad to select "Password Initialization" option. Press the "Color" button to select action followed by the "Stop" button to confirm you want to proceed.
Once you receive the confirmation message, press "Power" button to complete." |
