lucactus можно, но я очень не хочу это делать.
Меня лично бесит когда что-то пишешь, выскакивает окно, перехватывает фокус - а ты в это время что-то набираешь, и твой Enter/пробел в наборе попадает в появившееся окно... причем ты видишь что окно мигнуло, но что это мигнуло и что в него набралось - ты не знаешь. В итоге оно просто появляется выше всех и все
