Все прочитал. но проблема осталась.
file /usr/share/man/man1/mysqlshow.1.gz from install of MySQL-client-4.1.10a-0 conflicts with file from package mysql-3.23.58-14
file /usr/bin/mysqladmin from install of MySQL-client-4.1.10a-0 conflicts with file from package mysql-server-3.23.58-14
Может надо сначало удалить старую версию?
