agkbru Какая прошивка сейчас в СХД ? Она последняя?
Есть последняя прошивка для DS3500 (DS3512 DS3524):

FTP сервер

заходить любым ftp клиентом под анонимусом
там же есть предыдущие версии прошивок, а также прошивки для дисков, мануал и ESM FIRMWARE, если правильно понимаю, это прошивки для полки расширения EXP3512, последняя там 3.9C 2015/12/02. Для дисков там тоже самая последняя есть 4.23 2017/11/07

ну и мануалы от IBM почитай. Уточни про сам софт IBM Storage Manager, его, скорее всего, тоже нужно обновить до последней версии до апдэйта прошивок.
