Yes, sorry, I did not write in english, but I tried to write on russian...
my nand name is 60073303 5300120217 I tried to contact intel, to get the name, but they say I must contact adata..... :/

I tried configurations you said, but they did not work...
all they say flash is damaged :/
even config for 96 Gb is not working (21070 not working)
the only one that worked for me, using JS29F16B08CCME2 or JS29F16B08CCME3 was 64Gb.
22415 worked fine, all flash were ok, all them passed with N1.
config 22346 worked fine too, with warnings, but finnaly said "passed"
that config gave me 120 Gb, but I am not sure if disk will work fine this way...
what do you advise?

EDIT: 22067 config, worked fine, too, with a few warnings... (128 Gb)
