Silver Member | Редактировать | Профиль | Сообщение | ICQ | Цитировать | Сообщить модератору Expressway CUCM refresh doesn't pick up back end CUCM changes CSCvd65973 Description Symptom: MRA Login failures over MRA after a recent UC Upgrade and refresh on the Exp-C Server of the CUCM / IM&P Servers. Conditions: The "signature" in the logs is typically as follows: 1. Exp-C receives get_edge_config request from MRA client 2. You'll never see Exp-C perform a UDS lookup for the user, but instead immediately return and error for the user "Reason="Unable to determine home CUCM" or "Reason="Home CUCM not available"" 3. Typically Exp-C PCAP if taken has no traffic on 8443 toward CUCM during the login timeframe 4. Then the Exp-C Traffic Serer will return a 401 back to itself then forwarding this 401 back to the MRA client 5.
